According to the Mediation Letter, the two defendants jointly underpaid the project payment of RMB 16.256,800 and paid in two instalments: RMB 8.128,400 before December 30, 2026, and RMB 8.128,400 before December 30, 2027; if any instalment is not fulfilled in full, the company has the right to claim a claim based on the original arrears of RMB 1912.57 deducting the remaining amount already paid, and accruing the corresponding interest and case handling fees. The company has already prepared bad debts for relevant accounts receivable in the early stages. If the other party fulfills the agreement, it will have a positive impact on profits.
