The matter was reviewed and approved by the company's board of directors and the 3rd Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting in 2026. Recently, Jiaocheng Semiconductor completed the registration and filing procedures for the industrial and commercial changes involved in the above transaction, and obtained a renewed business license. After the acquisition was completed, the company held 100% of Jiaocheng Semiconductor's shares.
