This drug is a novel oral small molecule GLP-1R agonist. The intended indication is for blood sugar control in adult type 2 diabetics. The report was based on two key phase III clinical studies. The results showed that glycated hemoglobin decreased by 1.40%-1.68% in each dosage group, while showing multi-dimensional benefits such as weight loss and urinary protein reduction, and good safety and tolerability. Up to now, the project has invested about 494 million yuan in R&D.
