In this acquisition, Yunnan Metallurgical transferred 38.57% of the company's shares to China Copper free of charge. The relevant shares were transferred to China Copper on December 12, 2025. The controlling shareholder of the company was changed to China Copper, and the actual controller is still the State Council's State-owned Assets Administration Commission.
