Iranian Parliament Speaker Kalibaf issued a statement on September 2 denouncing the deaths of a large number of children as a result of several US attacks on Iran. Kalibaf posted on social media on the same day that a school in Minab in Iran, a stadium in Lamerd, and a wedding in Kuchstak were attacked by the US military successively, all resulting in the deaths of people, including children. The Iranian side said that the US launched attacks on many parts of southern Iran on the night of September 1, affecting the site of a wedding event in Kuhstak in Hormozgan province, killing 4 people and injuring 50 others.
