According to the Zhitong Finance App, Sanxun Group (06611) issued an announcement. On August 25, 2026, a winding-up petition (petition) against the Company was filed. The petition has been submitted to the Court of First Instance (High Court) of the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to wind up the Company in the 2026 Company Liquidation Procedure No. 671. The petitioner is GenNeX Financial Media Limited (Petitioner), the debtor of the Company's judgment on DCCJ 1722/2025. The petition is scheduled to be heard on November 5, 2026.

In view of the above circumstances, the Company is seeking legal advice to determine possible actions to protect the interests of the Company and its shareholders as a whole. In view of the impact of a possible winding-up order on share transfers, the Company is also seeking advice from its legal advisors on the feasibility and necessity of applying to the High Court for a confirmation order. Shareholders are reminded that the Company will not necessarily apply for a confirmation order, and even if an application is made, the High Court will not necessarily issue any confirmation order.
