Mr. Zhang Lihua has resigned as an independent non-executive director due to the need to invest more time in other business, effective September 2, 2026.

Mr. Zhu Pengxiang has been appointed as an independent non-executive director with effect from September 2, 2026.

Mr. Zhang has resigned as a member of the Company's Audit Committee, and Mr. Zhu has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Zhang has resigned as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Mr. Zhu has been appointed Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
