Equinix released Equinix Inference Exchange, a distributed artificial intelligence inference framework, integrating Nvidia's enterprise reference architecture, the Together AI open source model platform, and Equinix's global data center infrastructure. Equinix is responsible for providing infrastructure, power, cooling, and fabric networking. Nvidia provides enterprise reference architectures and artificial intelligence computing power specially designed for inference scenarios. Together AI provides an inference platform that supports more than 200 open source models. Equinix Inference Exchange will launch in Q1 2027.
