RIMBACO (01953): Starting September 7, “Safexun International” will be used as the Chinese stock abbreviation

Following the shareholders' approval of a special resolution to change the company name, according to the company name change registration certificate issued by the Cayman Islands Registrar of Companies on August 6, 2026, the English name of the company has been changed from “Rimbaco Group Global Limited” to “SFQ Global Limited”, and the Chinese name “Safexun International Limited” has been adopted and registered as the company's dual foreign language The names are all effective from August 6, 2026.

On August 27, 2026, the Hong Kong Companies Registry issued a certificate of registration for a change of name for a registered non-Hong Kong company, confirming that the company's new English name and the new Chinese dual foreign names (i.e. “SFQ Global Limited” and “Safexun International Limited”, respectively) were registered in Hong Kong in accordance with Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Laws.

After the change in the company name takes effect, the English stock abbreviation for the company's shares traded on the Stock Exchange will be changed from “RIMBACO” to “SFQ GLOBAL”, and “Safexun International” will be used as the Chinese stock abbreviation, effective from 9:00 a.m. on September 7, 2026. The company's stock code on the Stock Exchange remains unchanged and remains “1953.”
