JiaMi Technology (08198) completed placement of 666.67 million shares to raise approximately HK$97 million

Zhitong Finance App News, Jiamei Technology (08198) issued an announcement. The placement conditions set out in the placement agreement have been met, and the completion was implemented on September 2, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement. A total of 666.67 million placed shares (accounting for approximately 8.501% of the company's issued share capital immediately after completion on the date of this announcement) have been placed to no less than six undertakers at the placement price of HK$1.50 per placed share. The net proceeds from the placement were approximately HK$97 million.
