Listen to the news

Potential Credit Corp Group Limited (ASX:CCP) shareholders may wish to note that the Independent Non Executive Director, Bradley Cooper, recently bought AU$152k worth of stock, paying AU$13.86 for each share. However, it only increased shareholding by a small percentage, and it wasn't a huge purchase by absolute value, either.

Credit Corp Group Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

Notably, that recent purchase by Bradley Cooper is the biggest insider purchase of Credit Corp Group shares that we've seen in the last year. So it's clear an insider wanted to buy, at around the current price, which is AU$14.11. While their view may have changed since the purchase was made, this does at least suggest they have had confidence in the company's future. If someone buys shares at well below current prices, it's a good sign on balance, but keep in mind they may no longer see value. The good news for Credit Corp Group share holders is that insiders were buying at near the current price.
