The General Administration of Market Regulation approved the publication of the national standard “Integrated Passenger Transport Hub Service Specification”. The standard was transformed from a transportation industry standard. It focuses on key scenarios such as multi-mode transportation transfers, guidance, information release, safety and emergency response, and convenience services, and puts forward uniform requirements for the entire hub service process to better guarantee the smooth and efficient travel of the majority of travelers.
