On September 3, local time, Lysak, director of the military administration of Odesa, Ukraine, reported that the city was attacked by Russia in the early morning, injuring 17 people, including 3 children. Currently, all of the wounded have received professional medical treatment. Allegedly, the attack caused damage to a local high-rise apartment and damage to several cars at the same time. The Russian side has yet to respond to this.
