Wihlborgs Enters New Lease Agreements in Sweden

02:12 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Swedish property company Wihlborgs Fastigheter (WIHL.ST) signed several leases covering 3,500 square meters in the Berga industrial area of Helsingborg, Sweden. Under the agreements, two existing technology and industrial tenants plan to expand their premises, with one taking an additional 1,500 square meters under a five-year lease and the other adding 600 square meters under a seven-year lease, according to a Thursday release. Autoexperten will expand its lease to 1,100 square meters from 400 square meters under a five-year agreement and plans to open a new tire hotel on the site. Meanwhile, Avarn and Carglass have also increased their leased space in the area.
