LondonMetric Property Divests Seven UK Assets for GBP85 Million

02:55 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- British real estate investment trust LondonMetric Property (LMP.L) said Thursday it agreed to sell seven assets in the UK for 85 million pounds sterling. The disposals include two Ramsay Health Care hospitals in Truro and Salford for 59.1 million pounds, two logistics warehouses in Ripon and Normanton for 13 million pounds, and a Lidl store in Basildon for 8.8 million pounds. LondonMetric also sold Travelodge hotels in Chippenham for 4.1 million pounds. The company said it is under offer on a further 140 million pounds of acquisitions at a yield of more than 6%, primarily comprising long-let assets occupied by Marks and Spencer (MKS.L), Tesco (TSCO.L), Lidl, and Waitrose.
