Kanghong Pharmaceutical announced that Chengdu Kanghong Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, received a “Drug Registration Certificate” issued by the State Drug Administration to increase the indications for CompaCip ophthalmic injections, and approved the additional indications for the treatment of retinopathy in premature infants in Zone I and Zone II and progressive retinopathy in extreme preterm infants. It is the fifth indication approved for this drug. This new indication will further meet clinical drug use needs, and there is uncertainty about drug sales affected by policy, market and other factors.
