Yunyi Electric (300304.SZ) plans to transfer 20% of Nanjing Yunyi's shares to employee shareholding platforms

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Yunyi Electric (300304.SZ) announced that the company plans to transfer 20% of Nanjing Yunyi's shares (corresponding to a pledged capital of 20 million yuan, including an actual investment of 2.1 million yuan) to Xuzhou Kunyu Robotics Technology Partnership (limited partnership), an employee-owned platform established by Nanjing Yunyi Robotics Co., Ltd. (“Nanjing Yunyi”), a wholly-owned subsidiary. After the transfer was completed, the company's shareholding ratio of Nanjing Yunyi dropped to 80%, and Nanjing Yunyi is still a holding subsidiary of the company.
