Ni Xin increased her holdings of Yiteng Jiahe (06998) by 150,000 shares at a price of about HK$1.65 per share

The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Ni Xin increased her holdings of Yiteng Jiahe (06998) by 150,000 shares on September 1, at a price of HK$1.6489 per share, for a total amount of about HK$247,300. After the increase in holdings, the latest number of shares held was approximately 763 million shares, and the latest shareholding ratio was 37.88%.

Of the 745,805,568 shares held by Mr. Ni as interested owner, he has a direct interest in 644,504,367 shares and holds 30,675,180 Target Share Options under the Target Share Option Scheme.
