According to the Zhitong Finance App, Delin Holdings (01709) announced that between November 12, 2025 and September 2, 2026 (relevant period), the Group has produced 506.228 bitcoins since the launch of the Bitcoin mining business. Of the bitcoins produced above, the Group has sold a total of 405.00 bitcoins, with an average selling price of about US$74,021 per bitcoin. On September 2, 2026, the Group still holds 101.228 bitcoins. Based on the total amount of 405.00 bitcoins sold by the Group as of the date of this announcement, the total realized value of 405.00 bitcoins sold by the Group is approximately US$29.98 million.
During the relevant period, the Group's average electricity cost for Bitcoin production was approximately $54,500 per Bitcoin, which is the Group's cumulative average electricity cost since starting the Bitcoin mining business. As the Group continues to optimize its mining business and electricity arrangements, as well as the reduction in electricity prices, the electricity costs associated with Bitcoin production by the Group continued to drop significantly, falling to about US$50,000 per bitcoin in August 2026. This cost figure fluctuates due to factors such as local electricity prices, scheduling arrangements, power restriction measures, operating efficiency, and the actual hash rate of the mining machine. The Group expects that as long as the Bitcoin market price remains above $51,000 per bitcoin, the overall operation of its Bitcoin mining machines will still be commercially reasonable, depending on the current Bitcoin network difficulty, electricity prices, mining machine operating time, site availability, power limit arrangements and other operating conditions. This indicator threshold reflects the Group's current assessment of the cost structure and operational efficiency of its Bitcoin mining business.
According to the Group's current internal estimates and the current state of the Bitcoin network, there are a total of 9,695 Bitcoin miners with a total hash rate of about 4.229 EH/s, and the corresponding indicative total daily output is expected to be about 2.11 bitcoins. The Group currently anticipates that during the remaining period ending December 31, 2026, its Bitcoin mining activity will generate approximately 240 to 264 bitcoins (depending on network difficulty, Bitcoin price, operating time and other operating conditions).
