This year coincides with the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Sino-Russian strategic cooperation partnership and the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Sino-Russian Treaty of Good-Neighbourly Friendship and Cooperation. Recently, the 2026 Russian Film Festival hosted by the State Film Administration of China and the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation was held in the five cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Hohhot, Harbin, and Heihe, simultaneously carrying out screening and exchange activities.
