The company's shareholders deposited 157 million shares in Bank of China (Hong Kong), increasing their shareholding ratio by 30.64%.

Youbo Holdings announced that Mr. Chen Aifa, currently an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company, and a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee, has been designated as the chief independent non-executive director with effect from August 26, 2026.
