I learned from the “15th Five-Year Plan” “Outline” major project construction promotion conference held by the National Development and Reform Commission that around the progress of the construction of 109 major projects, the National Development and Reform Commission will accelerate the implementation of projects under construction, promote the early commencement of construction of a number of new projects, further strengthen factor guarantees, consolidate project quality and safety management responsibilities, and form joint efforts to jointly promote the construction of major projects to provide strong support for achieving a good start to the “15th Five-Year Plan”.
