The National Disaster Prevention, Mitigation and Relief Commission and the Ministry of Emergency Management initiated a four-level national emergency response for disaster relief. In order to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on flood control and disaster relief work, according to the “National Emergency Plan for Natural Disaster Relief” and the disaster loss situation in Fujian Province, the National Development and Reform Commission arranged an additional investment of 100 million yuan within the central budget on the basis of early work to support Fujian Province to further improve emergency recovery after the disaster area and promote the restoration of normal production and life order as soon as possible.
