On September 4, the Yunnan Provincial People's Government website published the “Fifteenth Five-Year Plan” Urban Renewal Action Plan of Yunnan Province. By 2035, the institutional mechanism for urban renewal will be more complete. Urban structure optimization, kinetic energy conversion, quality improvement, green transformation, continuous context, and improved governance efficiency will have achieved obvious results, and modern people's cities with the characteristics of frontier ethnic regions will basically be built.
