The Zhitong Finance App learned that the CrowdStrike (CRWD.US) Annual User Conference Fal.Con 2026 was held in Las Vegas this week. The company intensively released a series of new AI-driven products, strategic partnerships with industry giants, and financial year 2028 (FY28) performance guidelines, which dazzled the participating analysts. Shares rose more than 5% on Thursday, boosted by this.

“This year's Fal.Con was one of the most innovative and influential user conferences in over a decade. The number of participants exceeded 10,000 (over 8,000 last year), and the lineup of speakers was an 'all-star', including Nvidia (NVDA.US), Intel (INTC.US), and two leading cutting-edge AI laboratories. Furthermore, the participation of many cybersecurity vendors made it more like an industry event, fully demonstrating the continued growth of the CrowdStrike ecosystem.” Jefferies analyst Joseph Gallo said in Thursday's research report.

CrowdStrike also released “post-Mythos era” growth data to confirm its momentum. Gallo pointed out, “The company's FY28 net addition ARR (excluding customer loss, NNARR) guideline is a year-on-year increase of more than 20%, which is far higher than the 11% expected by the market.

This means that FY28's total ARR growth rate will reach 24.6% year over year (the agreed forecast is 22.8%); the initial guidance for FY27 is that total NNARR will increase by more than 20% year on year. Although the market naturally likens FY27's potential to exceed expectations (the company raised the NNARR growth guide from more than 20% to 34% during the remaining two quarters of FY27, with an actual increase of US$220 million) to FY28, we remind investors that FY28 has a higher base and greater year-on-year pressure.”

During the conference, Nvidia highlighted CrowdStrike as its most important safety partner. Jefferies maintains CrowdStrike's “buy” rating, with a target price of $240.

CrowdStrike also pointed out that the increasingly complex and surging number of AI agents are significantly increasing cybersecurity threats. CrowdStrike founder and CEO George Kurtz described the current attack landscape as “speed of inference” (speed of inference) — autonomous agents can identify opportunities and act immediately without human intervention.

Susquehanna analyst Shyam Patil said in the report: “The company observed that the number of tests triggered by AI agents was 2.5 times that of humans; the number of CVEs (Common Vulnerability Disclosures) registered in June reached 7,400, a 96% increase over the previous year. Of these, CrowdStrike itself discovered about 2,400.

“The number of 'smart attackers' detected in the past month is almost as large as the previous six months combined, highlighting the rapid escalation in the scale and speed of AI-driven threats.” SusqueHanna gave CrowdStrike a “positive” rating with a target price of $265.

Over the past year, AI-enabled attacks have increased 89%, and the fastest e-crime breakthrough time has been reduced to 27 seconds. The average breakout time for attackers has dropped to 29 minutes. Nvidia CEO Hwang In-hoon bluntly stated in his keynote speech at the conference: “We now have intelligent AI — that is, the ability to automate attacks — attacks against enterprises will grow exponentially.”
