China Super League Holdings announced that Jiangsu Zhongchao Aerospace Precision Casting Technology Co., Ltd., the company's holding company, recently signed a “Strategic Procurement Cooperation Framework Agreement” with Qingdao Zhongke Guosheng Power Technology Co., Ltd., and the two sides reached a framework agreement on subsequent procurement and capacity guarantee of gas turbine-related parts and products. Jiangsu Precision Casting promised that after the new plant is officially put into operation, the new plant will design no less than 30% of the annual production capacity as a special reserve capacity to give priority to guarantee Qingdao Guosheng's procurement needs; Qingdao Guosheng will prioritize procurement of related products from Jiangsu Precision Casting under the same conditions. This agreement is a framework agreement of intent. The details of the cooperation are subject to subsequent implementation, and will not have a significant impact on the company's financial situation and operating results this year.
