Zhitong Finance App News, Zhifei Biotech (300122.SZ) issued an announcement. The company recently received a report from its wholly-owned subsidiary Anhui Zhifeilong Koma Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (“Zhifeilong Koma”), and the supplementary application for influenza virus lysis vaccine drugs independently developed by Zhifeilong Koma obtained a “Notice of Acceptance” (acceptance number: CYSB2600272) issued by the State Drug Administration.

Influenza is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by the influenza virus that can cause large-scale epidemics. It is highly contagious. It can cause complications such as pneumonia, bronchitis, and myocarditis. It can worsen the underlying diseases in children, increase the burden of disease, and endanger human health. Vaccination against influenza is the most economical and effective way to prevent influenza disease and influenza outbreaks. Zhifeilong Koma's influenza virus lysis vaccine was approved for marketing in September 2025. It is suitable for people aged 3 and above to prevent infectious diseases caused by the influenza virus. This supplementary application adds “children aged 6-35 months” for the influenza virus lysis vaccine to the target population that has already been registered and approved.
