Shaanxi Gu Power announced that the company and its subsidiaries plan to add a total of 60,149 million yuan in fixed asset investment projects, covering four types of projects: 3902.1 million yuan in information technology, for ERP project upgrades, artificial intelligence privatization platform construction, etc.; an equipment purchase investment of 8.248 million yuan to purchase processing and safety and environmental protection equipment such as CNC sleeper cars, high-performance welders, etc.; and an investment of 8.53 million yuan in major repairs, for special equipment upgrades, Weinan gas high pressure steam pipeline transformation; and 4.35 million yuan in infrastructure construction . The matter has been reviewed and approved at the 28th meeting of the 9th board of directors of the company and will be submitted to the second extraordinary shareholders' meeting in 2026 for review. In addition, the company plans to revise the “Rules of Procedure of the Board of Directors”, delete the relevant section on board secretaries, and link them with the newly revised board secretary work system.
