Routine parking maintenance of Anqing Kemet Gas (002549.SZ) subsidiary

(“Anqing KMet”), will start parking simultaneously with the upstream device on September 5, 2026, according to the routine parking maintenance schedule of Upstream China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation Anqing Branch (“Upstream”). The parking maintenance is expected for 70 days. During the parking period, Anqing Kemet will maintain and maintain the production equipment to ensure the safe, smooth and effective operation of the production plant in the later stages.
