Seven departments including the Central Network Information Office jointly issued the “Implementation Plan for Promoting the Collaborative Transformation and Development of Digital Greening”. The main goals are: by 2030, the advantages of low cost and high efficiency of artificial intelligence will be more prominent, deeply empowering green and low-carbon technological innovation and industrial development, greatly improving energy efficiency in emerging fields such as computing power facilities and 5G base stations, promoting renewable energy power consumption levels in key areas such as computing power facilities to reach the level of responsibility for renewable energy power consumption in their provinces, and further advance digital greening in key areas such as agriculture, manufacturing, trade, consumption, and urban operation. Digital intelligence technology will enable continuous improvement in ecological environment management capabilities, and the dual collaborative development model strongly supports overall green economic and social development transformation and high-quality development.
