According to the Zhitong Finance App, Hongyang Real Estate (01996) announced that the contract sales amount of the company, its subsidiaries and associated companies in August 2026 was RMB 110 million, a year-on-year decrease of 63.21%; the sales area was 10,229 square meters; the average sales price was RMB 10,754 per square meter.

From January to August 2026, the Group achieved a cumulative contract sales amount of RMB 1,203 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 65.69%; a cumulative sales area of 125,104 square meters; and an average sales price of RMB 9,616 per square meter.
