Shengtai Group announced that Ningbo Shengtai Textile Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of the company, and EUWEN ENTERPRISES LIMITED, increased their holdings of the company's shares by 4.9985 million shares through centralized bidding from July 16 to September 4, 2026, accounting for 0.90% of the total share capital. The increase was funded by own funds and bank loans. After this change in equity, the two held a total of 194 million shares of the company, accounting for 35.00% of the total share capital. The plan to increase holdings previously disclosed by Ningbo Shengtai has not been completed and will continue to be implemented. The total amount of the plan to increase holdings is not less than 40 million yuan, no more than 80 million yuan, and the amount of increase in holdings does not exceed 2% of the total share capital. The implementation period is until June 16, 2027.
