(“Sunwoda Power”) plans to increase capital and expand shares, introducing Beijing Ideal Auto Co., Ltd. (“Ideal Auto”) to invest 2.65 billion yuan to subscribe for additional registered capital, corresponding to 8.79% of Sunwoda Power's shares after the capital increase is completed. After the capital increase and share expansion are completed, the company's shareholding ratio in Sunwoda Power will drop from 26.38% to 24.06%.
