The total grant scale of this incentive plan does not exceed 17 million shares, including 3 million reserved shares. The initial partial sales restriction period was 12 months, 24 months, and 36 months from the date the grant registration was completed. The corresponding sales restrictions were 40%, 30%, and 30%, respectively. The assessment year was 2026-2028, and a dual performance assessment target was set for deducting non-net profit and smoking cessation drug sales revenue. The funds raised in this grant will be used to supplement working capital, and the total cost is estimated to be amortized at a total cost of RMB 34.02 million.
