According to the application rules, the project location must be within the administrative area of Beijing, and the reporting unit must be an enterprise operating normally in Beijing. In order to avoid scattered resources, the same reporting unit can only select one support direction, and the number of reporting stores in the same direction must not exceed 5. On the financial threshold, the approved expenditure of a single restaurant or convenience store must not be less than 200,000 yuan, a single supermarket store or central kitchen must not be less than 500,000 yuan, and the actual approved expenditure must not be less than 70% of the planned expenditure.
