The Zhitong Finance App learned that recently, the Shenzhen Bureau of Industry and Information Technology (Bureau of Industry and Information Technology) announced that 2026 model service agencies plan to add to the inventory list, and Haiqing Zhiyuan (01392) was successfully selected based on the self-developed “Zhiyuan Origin Big Model”.

As the competent department for coordinating the development of the artificial intelligence (AI) industry in Shenzhen, the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology has strong market trend vane significance. This time, Haiqing Zhiyuan is expected to rely on Shenzhen's AI support policy to further open up market space for local industrial customers.

According to information, Shenzhen has launched a series of “model vouchers, training vouchers, and corpus vouchers”. Cooperative enterprises of warehousing agencies can apply for model vouchers, deduct procurement costs for some large models, and lower the AI implementation threshold, thereby promoting AI technology to empower the physical industry. Currently, more than 10 institutions have been included in this service library. There are mandatory pre-requisites for entering the inventory this time. The big model to participate in the evaluation needs to complete the generative artificial intelligence filing by the State Internet Information Office. Haiqing Zhiyuan's “Zhi Yuan Origin Big Model” has previously completed the filing, and has the basic conditions to carry out industry model services in compliance.

The Zhiyuan Genesis Large Model focuses on multi-spectral early risk warning. Unlike general-purpose generative large models, the core capability of the model is to integrate multi-dimensional spectral sensing data of ultraviolet, infrared, and visible light to complete scene understanding and risk assessment. Relying on risk sample banks and industrial industry knowledge accumulated over a long period of time, IDC data centers, electricity, and energy facilities can identify hidden risks that are difficult to detect with the naked eye, such as electric arcs, overheating, and fires, and support cloud collaboration, privatization deployment, and customized industry transformation to meet the implementation needs of complex environments at industrial sites.

As a scarce physical AI commercialization target in Hong Kong stocks, Haiqing Zhiyuan's big model service has become the number one growth curve. In the first half of 2026, revenue from large model services reached 320 million yuan, a sharp increase of 382.5% over the same period last year, accounting for 78.8% of total revenue. With the proposed entry into the warehouse, eligible local enterprises in Shenzhen can enjoy policy subsidies when purchasing their multi-spectral AI services, which is conducive to reducing customer procurement costs, expanding orders for more industrial scenarios, and accelerating the commercialization and penetration of large vertical models.

It is worth mentioning that Toubao Research Institute recently released the “2026 China Physical AI Vendor Panorama Report”. Haiqing Zhiyuan was successfully selected for the TOP10 list of physical AI industry application practices. The list was evaluated on multiple dimensions of technology stack integrity, engineering delivery, and commercial implementation performance, confirming the company's position in the multispectral physical sensing circuit.

Haiqing Zhiyuan, which is rooted in Shenzhen, is a national-level specialized, and newly focused “little giant” enterprise. Previously, the Zhiyuan Genesis Big Model was selected for the first batch of big models in the artificial intelligence industry in Guangdong Province. This time, it is proposed to be selected into the Shenzhen Model Service Agency Library, representing the local authorities' dual recognition of its multi-spectral AI technology capabilities and commercial implementation capabilities.

In the future, Haiqing Zhiyuan will rely on a policy ecosystem and continue to iterate on end-to-end cloud collaborative multi-spectral AI solutions to help local manufacturing, data centers, and power energy enterprises upgrade safely and intelligently, while exporting risk warning solutions that can be replicated by the industry.
