The Information Bureau of Pakistan's three armed forces issued a statement on the 4th saying that in the past three days, Pakistan's security forces have carried out numerous anti-terrorist operations in various parts of Balochistan province in the southwestern part of the country, killing a total of 48 terrorists. The statement said that security forces carried out operations in the Musedong region of Balochistan province, killing six terrorists and seizing and destroying a batch of ammunition and improvised explosive devices. In the Quetta area, security forces discovered 4 terrorist hideouts and killed 26 terrorists. In the Grad region, security forces killed 14 terrorists. Furthermore, in the Sibi region, security forces thwarted a terrorist attempt to attack a local police station, and 2 terrorists were shot dead.
