How absurd is this? We have just obtained very impressive employment data. The stock market should have risen. After all, our credit conditions and economic performance are improving. Yet this has been the case for the past 25 years: the stock market has instead declined. The reason is that we live under a false reality — simply out of “fear” of inflation, once the economic situation is good, we have to “stifle” growth. Quite the opposite should have been the case 25 years ago. If we continue to adhere to this set of theories, our country will never be able to achieve the true economic glory it should have. Because every time the economy improves, there is always a bunch of foolish people who want to stop this strong upward trend right away. Economic growth does not cause inflation! As soon as I saw this beautiful employment data this morning, I anticipated that the stock market was supposed to soar like a rocket, but as a result, it would fall. Our GDP growth rate should reach 15% or 20%, not 2%, 3%, or 4%. The US economy should be far stronger than it is now. Our debts will be paid off, and all kinds of favorable situations will follow. Remember, for every percentage point increase in interest rates, the US costs $650 billion more each year. We deserve the lowest interest rates in the world. We drive global operations, and bring huge economic wealth to many countries that were originally hopeless for development!
