Northampton Capital Partners and Provident Data Centers are developing a turnkey data center with 54 megawatts of critical capacity in the North Dallas Corridor in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The project is slated to come online in late 2027.

Commerial Search reports Northampton and Provident Data Centers have also agreed to a framework to develop additional data center sites in markets across the U.S.

Northampton and Provident Data Centers stated it will be situated at a 74-megawatt site in the Dallas market. The site offers low-latency access to hub interconnects for nationwide data center connectivity.

The company’s design consumes effectively zero water and is optimized for quiet operation. The firm’s AI-ready power density enables the company to meet the rapidly growing demand for inference workloads.
