Listen to the news

Whilst it may not be a huge deal, we thought it was good to see that Kian Keong Khua, who is a company insider, recently bought S$121k worth of stock, for S$0.12 per share. However, it only increased their shares held by 2.6%, and it wasn't a huge purchase by absolute value, either.

Vibrant Group Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

Notably, that recent purchase by Kian Keong Khua is the biggest insider purchase of Vibrant Group shares that we've seen in the last year. That implies that an insider found the current price of S$0.13 per share to be enticing. While their view may have changed since the purchase was made, this does at least suggest they have had confidence in the company's future. We do always like to see insider buying, but it is worth noting if those purchases were made at well below today's share price, as the discount to value may have narrowed with the rising price. The good news for Vibrant Group share holders is that an insider was buying at near the current price. The only individual insider to buy over the last year was Kian Keong Khua.
