The period for owners of Hongfuyuan to accept the government's takeover proposal expired a few days ago. After receiving responses with a postmark of August 31 or before the deadline, a total of 1971 owners of Block A to H of Hongfuyuan signed and returned the “Letter of Acceptance of the Proposed Acquisition” to confirm their intention to sell their property rights to the government. As of September 2, the Government has signed “Sale and Sale Agreements” with a total of 1,595 households in Block A to H of Hongfu Garden. The Government will continue to follow up the remaining title transaction procedures at full speed to advance the title acquisition process.
