Among them, it is pointed out that the youth housing service system should be improved. Optimize the construction layout of affordable rental housing, and increase high-quality housing in key areas such as youth employment concentration areas, rail transit perimeters, and industrial parks. Give full play to the leveraging role of policies to encourage more employers to help young people reduce housing pressure in the form of rental subsidies and cooperative operation of talent apartments. Promote the quality and expansion of youth post stations, and gradually expand the scale of housing to more than 5,000 rooms. In public spaces such as youth centers and youth night schools, one-stop services such as policy advice, employment guidance, culture, sports and leisure, and urban integration are provided to help more young people enter, stay safe, and be able to work.
