According to the latest data released by the Shenzhen Real Estate Agents Association, in August, 3,467 new commercial housing units were sold in Shenzhen, down 23.0% from the previous month, up 4.8% year on year; second-hand housing units in Shenzhen recorded 5108 units, down 2.3% from the previous month, up 7.6% year on year. From January to August of this year, Shenzhen recorded a total of 48,400 second-hand housing units, an increase of 4.7% over the previous year.
