Listen to the news

Insiders who purchased IDEX Biometrics ASA (OB:IDEX) shares in the past 12 months are unlikely to be deeply impacted by the stock's 28% decline over the past week. Reason being, despite the recent loss, insiders original purchase value of kr700.0k is now worth kr1.36m.

Although we don't think shareholders should simply follow insider transactions, we would consider it foolish to ignore insider transactions altogether.

IDEX Biometrics Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

In the last twelve months, the biggest single purchase by an insider was when insider Morten Opstad bought kr550k worth of shares at a price of kr3.00 per share. Although we like to see insider buying, we note that this large purchase was at significantly below the recent price of kr5.82.
