Accelerate the formulation of a number of local standards in the field of carbon neutrality, promote research on standards such as carbon footprint accounting and carbon efficiency evaluation of carbon emissions, and support relevant units in our city to take the lead and participate in the formulation of national standards for energy efficiency, renewable energy, and hydrogen energy. Establish and improve carbon neutrality measurement systems for carbon peaks, and carry out research and application of key measurement techniques such as carbon emission factor estimation and spatio-temporal inversion of carbon emission cities.
