Maiyue Technology announced that the company previously disclosed the placement of up to 100 million shares under general authorization; all conditions in the placement agreement and supplementary agreement were fulfilled, and the placement was completed on September 7, 2026. The placement agent placed a total of 58.838 million shares to no less than six undertakers at the adjusted placement price of HK$1.06 per share, accounting for about 10.53% of the expanded issued share capital. The net proceeds amounted to approximately HK$61.6 million.
