Expand deep-sea aquaculture and focus on improving the system compatibility, operation safety, economic applicability and intelligent control level of aquaculture facilities and equipment. Actively develop saltwater land-based recycling aquaculture. Accelerate the standardization and environmental transformation of traditional mariculture ponds, build aquaculture wastewater treatment facilities, scientifically select tailwater discharge points, ensure that tailwater is discharged in accordance with standards, and effectively protect the marine ecological environment.
