Through comprehensive measures such as local restoration, relocation and breeding, isolated preservation, and wild release, a new “1+N” public welfare protection system has been established where one entity takes the lead in public welfare protection of a species and encourages broad participation by all parties. Improve emergency care capacity, build a shelter and rescue network and improve facilities, and build a unified emergency information platform throughout the country. Strengthen popularization of science, investigate key techniques for protecting endangered species, and popularize aquatic wildlife protection knowledge.
