Keller New Materials (300234.SZ) subsidiary plans to transfer 3.3941% of Goshi Information's shares for 8 million yuan

According to Zhitong Finance App, Ker New Materials (300234.SZ) announced that the company's holding subsidiary, Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Area Kaier Cultural Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Kaier Culture”) plans to transfer 3.3941% of its shares in Shanghai Hezhi Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“Goshi Information” for short) to Yang Zhiguo at a price of 8 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, Kyle Culture will no longer hold shares in Goshi Information.
