On September 8, Standard Chartered Hong Kong announced that it has completed the construction and upgrade of the relevant system. It can be connected to the clearing agency Internet Clearing Co., Ltd. through the CIPS platform, to support it in executing cross-border liquidation instructions in real time and complete its processing of settlement transactions with partner institutions.
